- A list of all creditors: include names, addresses, account numbers and balances
- Paperwork for houses or vehicles you own
- Copies of your 2009 and 2008 tax returns
- Copies of your last two pay stubs, or other record of where you work, how you are paid, and your income
- A list of all of all of your personal property, and its value (you may want to print this checklist to help you out)
- A detailed list of your monthly living expenses, i.e., food, clothing, shelter, utilities, taxes, transportation, medicine, etc. (you may want to print this budget to help you out)
